Cost-Estimate sits at position 8 in the tiebreaker chain — and never accepts supplier-paid prioritisation, affiliate weight, or referral signals.

The Shop never poses as the Platform.

When a user follows a Platform link into the Shop, the surface is clearly commercial. Neutral recommendation context and commercial context are visibly separate.

If you can browse, select, and complete the transaction yourself, it belongs in the Shop. Anything that requires human orchestration — pre-analysis, travel, multi-step coordination — belongs to Concierge.

Every health-claim product flows through draft → medical review → approved. No product carries claims the Platform's evidence base does not recognise.
